$25.01 to $35.00 = $8.00
$35.01 to $50.00 = $10.99
$50.01 to $65.00 = $12.99
$65.01 to $85.00 = $14.99
$85.01 to $349.99= $16.99
$350.00 and over FREE SHIPPING
Add $27.99 for 2nd business day Mail, USPS.
All orders will be sent Priority Mail, USPS. (USPS = UNITED STATES POST OFFICE)

Orders shipped by carriers other than USPS: Other shippers will only be used at customer's request and charged by quote. Please email for quote.

Next business day shipping may not be available outside the continental United States. Please email request for verification.

Priority Mail orders by USPS should arrive at their destination within 6 days after date order is received in our system, pending credit card authorization of your order. An additional charge of $24.99 + the stated delivery charge applies for Priority Mail to Alaska and Hawaii.

Next business day Air $28.99 plus standard delivery charges as above, per address pending credit card authorization of your order.

At present we ship only within the United States, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO's and FPO's. Please allow considerable extra time for these orders to arrive.

RETURN POLICY

While I hope that everything you purchase here at Lea Wagner Fashions.com is exactly what you hoped right out of the box, I understand that some items may be returned for various reasons. If you decide to return something here's how it works:

REQUIREMENTS FOR RETURNS: All clothing must be returned within 17 days from the shipping date shown on your label, with all original tags in place, in it's original condition with the original packaging, either included or resealed. Anything that's been worn or has spots or rips, smells of perfume or smoke or is damaged in any way after you receive it won't be accepted for credit so please don't send it back if that's the case. I want our relationship to be happy and one of us won't be if you do.

SIZE: It goes without saying that you will try the items on for size. If you have chosen or received the wrong size, I will accept it back as well as anything you decide you just don't like and credit the account you paid with, or exchange for another size subject to the above requirements . In the case of an exchange shipping to me will be paid for by you and I'll pay the shipping back to you.

DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: Each product is checked carefully when we receive it and again when we ship it, but if your purchase(s) are damaged in transit or if there is a manufacturing flaw that was missed, I will exchange it if I still have one. If the item is out of stock, and only then, you can apply the funds owed you to another product or I'll credit your account. In the case of damage in transit it's really important that you return the original packaging with the label attached (in another box if necessary) so I can get credit from the shipper. In the case of damage in transit, I'll pay your return shipping to me and back to you if an exchange.

SPECIALS “AS IS”: If I have an “as is” near a special price item, I'll let you know what I feel isn't quite right about the garment. I don't expect many of these since things are checked so carefully. All “as is”specials are non-returnable.

Please be aware that it could take up to 30 days for any credit to appear on your account, depending on your credit provider, but you'll receive an email from me when the item is received and again when I have credited your account so you can check for it.
